Mick Boogie x Terry Urban mixtape from four years ago:
“On the 10th anniversary of the tragic passing of Christopher ‘Notorious B.I.G.’ Wallace, Mick Boogie and newcomer Terry Urban of the League Crew team up to release Unbelievable: A Tribute To Biggie Smalls, a project that many critics are calling “the best Biggie mixtape ever.” Hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, this 100% creative mixtape features Biggie material remixed the way it was supposed to be done. Original beats and special guest appearances, as well as plenty of crazy remixes are abundant throughout the project.”

This is some classic T.dot-related B.I.G. ish!
“Biggie and Rap City host Oliver Walters shoot a game of pool while conducting an informal interview. Pretty sure this was April of 1995, just before all the Death Row drama started rolling. Also features live footage from T.O. show.”

As a former but long-time Brooklyn resident including a year in Bed-Stuy within walking distance of Biggie’s fabled St. James Place childhood home, I can’t forget the late, great Francis to M.H. on the 14th anniversary of his way untimely passing:
“As we continue remembering Hip Hop’s G.O.A.T., The Source had the honor of sitting down with one of Brooklyn’s Finest, Super DJ Clark Kent. Clark speaks on the effect Big had on the craft of the game and breaks down where said game might be now had Big not left us so early. Brooklyn Stand Up!”
Indeed! More B.I.G. tribute posts coming to the Kitchen later today and hit the jump for more Clark Kent B.I.G. reminiscing….
The homie, Ag‘s take on the recent Cee-Lo”Bodies” single:

Video by new Oakland by way of Connecticut high school-aged group sent to me by former colleague and long-time personal and friend of the Kitchen, Bryan. Sounds real promising to me on the music and video tip and before any of you who can ever be bothered to comment, get smart out yo’ mouth, no these kids are not from the ‘hood. Seriously! And?
