Stadium-ready, anthemic trap music from Canadian producer, Global. Wasn’t familiar with him personally but here’s promo blurb:
Check out Canadian producer, Global‘s brand new release, “Boss up” Featuring Cash Sinatra, Lil Traffic and Kris Kasanova.
All of these features artists’ have either been recently featured on B.E.T, Sway in Morning, HOT 97, or features on spinning on Satellite radio.
What y’all think: ready for prime time or nah?
Honestly, I wasn’t even completely sure this was the official, proper follow-up to Toronto rapper, Clairmont The Second‘s excellent Quest For Milk and Honey album the set-up and release was so quiet but, according to my people who were involved with the Quest… (Black Box Edition) re-release it is. Here’s hoping this gets the attention it deserves because it’s excellent. R.I.Y.L. Chance the Rapper, Childish Gambino, Drake etc. Like what you hear? We haven’t posted on the kid, Sean Leon in a second. Good to hear some solid new music from this on-the-verge for a minute Toronto MC. Let us know what you think of these tracks.
This Toronto duo puts me in the mind of another duo from The 6ix, Majid Jordan but over more clubby beats. Agree?
Some great Toronto chillwave vibes from earlier in the year that I just got up on recently. Think what you might get if you mixed Toro Y Moi with Hot Chip, or something. Really good either way though, check it!
