TODAY (Sat. Feb. 18) in Toronto: All Balls Don’t Bounce Sports Weekend – a showcase of Black sport in film.

Including the Canadian premiere of White Wash, a documentary film “exploring the complexity of race in America through the struggle and triumph of black surfers. The story is narrated by Grammy Award winner Ben Harper with Black Thought of the Roots and told through the eyes of black surfers from Hawaii, Jamaica, Florida, and California.”

CLICK HERE to learn more. I am super co-singing this effort by my dude, Duane Watson. I forgot I had to dip out of town for the weekend so, unfortunately I’m gonna miss all these films.

Hit the jump for links to the other excellent films in the All Balls Don’t Bounce Sports Weekend mini film festival though.
