Don’t say The Kitchen never hooked you up! After the ticket giveaway contest for this past weekend’s amazing Diamond D show, here goes yet another contest for what should be a great show.
Artist/activist Talib Kweli, one half of the legendary Black Star duo with Mos Def, Reflection Eternal with Cincinnati DJ/Producer, Hi-Tek and an outstanding solo artist in his own right, will be in town this Friday (Feb. 20) to perform live at Rockpile West. Surprised he’s playing there but this is a great opportunity to see a top-tier MC like Kweli in a more intimate venue and we’re giving away a single pair of tickets for it! Want a chance at winning them? Just do the following:

MC/Producer Diamond D from the legendary D.I.T.C. crew was actually in town just a couple months back spinning with fellow crew member, Lord Finesse but he is back tomorrow (Feb. 15) to perform his classic Stunts, Blunts & Hip-Hop album live in full at The Phoenix here in Toronto.
