Shout to the homie, Dumi RIGHT of the pioneering early 90s Afro/Hip-Hop act, Zimbabwe Legit for giving me the heads up on his latest endeavors.
“Liberation Music” is the current focus single from his upcoming (on June 22) album, Doing It the Right Way. On top of getting ready to release Doing It the Right Way, he was also selected to complete a residency in Thailand teaching emceeing to youth in under-served communities as part of the Next Level cultural exchange initiative. Next Level is a program administered by the U.S Department of State and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
