I’ve said it before, The Other Side of Tomorrow is one of my favorite albums so far this year and will definitely be on my year-end best albums list and should be a strong contender for the Polaris Prize this year if the jury could take off their indie rock/singer-songwriter blinkers for five seconds. Hopefully this Record Salon next Tuesday can help with that process:

I think Slakah The Beatchild is kind of a genius and a little bit under-appreciated here in his hometown of Toronto. This Record Salon is hopefully the beginning of the end of that. The Other Side of Tomorrow, as I’ve said before, is a fantastic piece of work. If you haven’t heard it yet, I’m posting it again because it deserves it. Play on and let me know what you think:
