I’m up finishing up some work (nice way to start the work week, I know….) so figured I’d throw up some videos and music that fit the late night hour. New Music: Keys N Krates – Almost 39 Minutes (Mixtape)

Keys N Krates‘ is a Toronto-based three-piece formed by DJ Jr Flo (of the Eh Team DJ’s) on turntables, Matisse on keys and Adam Tune on drums who pioneered the concept of real-time, live remixing of original tracks and ‘cultural anthems’ using turntables, samplers and musical instruments. They just released their their new mixtape, Almost 39 Minutes in follow-up to last year’s Live Re-Mixing 101 project.

Almost 39 Minutes is a continuous mix of classic hits from Aaliyah to Michael Jackson merged with new beats and musical influences from Drake to James Brown. Check it:
