Since I’m a part of the shenanigans this year, I feel obligated to let you know about this happening tomorrow (Tuesday)….

Each month a Polaris jury member presents a record currently under consideration for their 2011 ballot.

This month Eye Weekly’s Chris Bilton presents the latest from LAND OF TALK – “Cloak and Cipher”

The program features a live interview with Elizabeth Powell of Land of Talk followed by a listening session of the album and special giveaways – made by Liz Powell herself – including including: Hand-made recycled journals, signed and personalized
cassette tapes copies of “Belle Epoque” (recorded by Jim Guthrie in 1998), vinyl copies of “Cloak and Cipher.” T-shirts and hoodie too!

FREE EVENT – Doors at 7 PM

I’ll probably be there. CLICK HERE for more details.
