SupaSlackas of Pro Era (Joey Badass‘s crew) drop a new banger produced by Hames. This is 90s (or maybe even 80s!)-inspired hip-hop I can f-ck with. Think what you might get if the Kangol Crew melded with Boot Camp Clik and then made a record with Paul C or Ced Gee and you might get close to having a sense of what this track sounds like.
Can’t front, I hadn’t really heard these dudes’ music before catching this on HustleGRL yesterday but had heard their name around. I digs this understated, afrobeat-powered banger though! Y’all??
F-cking beyond smooth track from Rozay‘s forthcoming (March 4) Mastermind album. If this is how he’s coming, I’m intrigued!
I know there’s people in my peer group who will probably hate this track but let’s be real clear: this is a pretty epic and unf-ckwittable.
Umm, did y’all see this??! This is basically the creative team (Prince Po & Pharaohe Monch of Organized Konfusion and O.C., also of “Time’s Up”) behind the 90s underground hip-hop classic, “Fudge Pudge.” Track comes from Po’s new solo album Animal Serum, entirely produced by Oh No, in stores now.
