Happy New Year! First big mixtape drop of the year on the first day of the year. With cameos from Young Jeezy, Pimp C (R.I.P. of course always, but there’s still unused Pimp C verses laying around or is this recycled from something and I’m just not recalling it ??!), Meek Mill, Pusha T, an actually really good track with Nelly and gasp, Dr. Dre (although a track that’s been circulating in some form or another, as even Dre says in his verse, for a while now). Second half sounded better to me than the first which makes sense when you see the names behind the boards (Dre, Just Blaze, Mannie Fresh, Hit Boy and DJ Toomp) but maybe that’s just me??

I was chopping it up on twitter last week with the long-time homie, Bathgate telling him I thought he needed to drop a new mixtape. He said the N.I.K.E. mixtape is on the way.
