Why Did Wikileaks Take so Long To Support Whistle-blower Pvt. Bradley Manning?

Wikileaks head Julian Assange claims in the above video that wikileaks technology means they can’t even be certain that Manning is the source of the US military cables & videos they leaked! :/ But outrage at their lack of support seems to have prompted some action on their part in the past week apparently:

R.I.P. Trish Keenan (of Broadcast): 1968 – 2011

Trish Keenan was the lead singer of UK indie-electronic-psychedelic group, Broadcast. Never heard of them? Hit play on the player above. Not sure you want to hit play? You like Stereolab? Boradcast was one of my favorite groups that I discovered when they happened to sign to the label I used to work for many moons ago. Always a good thing when work and pleasure can meet like that but at age 41, her passing from pneumonia (who dies from that still??!) in Australia yesterday morning is a tragic, tragic loss. R.I.P
