I posted this to Facebook with the message, “Technically creative and humorous but rhetorically way over top (or is it??!)” One of my friends responded, “Yes, rhetorically over the top, in the spirit of the times” to which I responded, “Also in the spirit of these times, the Right will probably attack this clip as harboring closet ‘sympathies’ for the insurgent position in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq instead of as the homage to the Terminator films it really is!” Life in 2010.
