Event: Michael Jackson – The Making of Thriller: 4 Days/1983 Book Signing

I’m late on this but y’all know I think, like many, that Michael Jackson is The King, G.O.A.T. etc. so I jumped at the chance to support this project, Michael Jackson – The Making of Thriller: 4 Days/1983 a behind-the-scenes book about the making of possibly the greatest music video of all time, especially since they are sending me a free copy of this book to review (hopefully coming soon!) Here’s the science:

“Douglas Kirkland was the only photographer allowed on the set of Michael Jackson’s groundbreaking video, “Thriller,” in 1983. And he has the photographs to prove it. 2011 MAZDA2 presents Mayer Hawthorne & The County National Concert Tour

I was at the Toronto date of this tour thanks to the homies, Josh and DJ Graffiti. I’ve had my issues with the Mayer Hawthorne movement in the past, but dude put on a great show and I have to concede, he’s probably gonna end up becoming huge.
