#LatePass on this. Eryn Martin reminds me of a more sing-songy female Nav which I mean in a good way. What y’all think though?

We’re long standing fans of Keita Juma around these parts. He was featured on our 2014 compialtion album, This One Goes to Eleven… twice (on the track, “YRWEONTHISBEACH?” and the track, “Look” that also featured the homie, Brendan Philip).
Earlier this month, KJ (as he was formerly known) released his newest full length project, Young Zen Mode.
KJ has always been ahead of his time creatively. Splitting his time between living between here and Bristol, England only seems to allowed him the space to further grow beyond his original hip-hop/rapper roots into a much more expansive experientimental and alternative, yet still engaging, electronic sound.
In many ways, music has finally caught up to what he’s been doing for a while now so hopefully 2019 will be his moment where the critical and fan attention and support falls on him too.
