One of my favorite tracks off the actually pretty solid Old Roads EP by local Toronto producer/songwriter Guzo Lou which dropped recently. Listen to the entire thing HERE. You non-T.dot folk wondering where you’ve seen Junia-T‘s name before? Probably from the Smash Brovaz Think It’s A Game album that dropped last year or from the other tracks I’ve posted on the Kitchen previously featuring him.
Excellent new track from Toronto electronic/alternative soul singer and friend of the Kitchen, Brendan Philip.
Previously on the Kitchen:
– Three Tracks from Brendan Philip’s sAvidA Project
– Brendan Philip – Feryouh / Wild Side [MP3]
– Brendan Philip x sAvidA – NewMyrrhEl$ [MP3]
Now this right here is pure ‘tastemaker’/hipster blog bait. This track, from the looking-very-epic Divergent film soundtrack, is pretty much as good as you would hope it would be though.
Previously on the Kitchen:
– A$AP Rocky – In Distress feat. Gesaffelstein from Divergent [MP3]
BANGER from Pharrell‘s new album, GIRL [US only stream via Rolling Stone] with Justin Timberlake. BTW: I went back and listened to his last solo joint, In My Mind. Great album, SUPER underrated.

“Simplethings”, Miguel‘s contribution to the Girls Soundtrack Vol. 2 which dropped yesterday (Feb. 11) is f-cking EPIC! Can’t wait for dude’s next album, seriously….
