New Music: Anika – I Go To Sleep (Produced by Geoff Barrow)

Here’s a cover of The Pretenders’ “I Go To Sleep” by Anika from her self-titled album produced by BEAK (Geoff Barrow of Portishead and friends) released yesterday on Stones Throw Records.

I love the original song and The Pretenders and I love Portishead but I’m not sure I actually really like this. Others though?
