Fresh off an appearance at the Fresh & Local Picnic in Sandy Springs, GA yesterday, here goes Atlanta-based #DK11 album alum, J.Nolan‘s latest track, “Blowing Up” produced by d.C. soulplusmind. It’s also featured in the latest episode of DJ Jazzy Jeff‘s travel show, ‘Vinyl Destination’ (see 8:15 in the video), all the music for which is handpicked by Jeff and his team. Nice one, Jamar. You literally are blowing up now!

A little throwback to celebrate the fact that the legendary MC, Nas is headlining next month’s first ever Bestival music festival outside the UK right here in Toronto. Those of you who saw his amazing Time Is Illmatic tour set last year already know what it is. June 12-13: Don’t Sleep!

For you young’uns, this is QB’s finest featuring his sometime creative partner, the equally legendary Lauryn Hill singing a Roberta Flack hook on this unreleased track that’s being doing the rounds on the internet since at least 2006 (which is, gulp, 9 years ago now!) which is when I first posted it.
